Yes. A white person using the N-word reveals his own wretchedness.

When I was teaching, I used to tell my female students to NEVER date a man who uses ethnic slurs because he is telling you that he is angry and not in control of that anger and being with someone like that is dangerous for females who are smaller and weaker.

A wretched person's wretchedness does not stop with one category of persons.

BTW, I am so sorry you had that experience in Skopje.
