There are two issues going on here.

1. The first is whether microwave radiation is in fact harmful. While data are mixed, there do seem to be ill-effects. Here is a link to a peer-reviewed paper summarizing other peer-reviewed research: https://mmrjournal.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/s40779-017-0139-0

2. The second thing is the repeated hysteria about Russia. This issue is separate from the harmfulness of microwave radiation.

One can always be cautious about both microwave radiation exposure AND anti-Russian propaganda.
