I must know different Trump supporters from everyone else. The ones I know fall into three categories:

1. Conservative Christians who oppose abortion.

2. People who want lower taxes and less regulation of business

3. People affiliated with the military in some way who supported Trump in 2016 because they thought Hillary Clinton's foreign policy was more likely to get them killed than Trump's would.

I know fewer people in the military now because of COVID and working from home but no doubt they are skeptical of BIden for the same reason.

Recall that those in the military have *chosen* to work in one of America's most racially diverse institutions. It is hard to label over a million people who have made this choice as racists. Those I know have a dedication to the Constitution and American democracy.

All together, I must know about a dozen Trump supporters. Not one of them has mentioned the wall, immigration, or race to me.
