I can't help but wonder if Scott Rudin was bipolar or had some other medical/mental health issue. The financial irresponsibility and hyperirritability suggest that is the case.
If that is the case, you certainly have the right to remove yourself from abusive situations but maybe it would be wrong to publicly shame him.
